On the go: The £38bn Pension Protection Fund has appointed adviser company Lintstock to conduct a review of its committees and individual directors.
The PPF carries out an annual evaluation of its own performance and of its committees and individual directors, in line with the UK Corporate Governance Code.
This review is done in tandem with external advisers every three years, and Lintstock has been appointed as the facilitator for the 2022-23 annual evaluation exercise.
The contract began on April 28 2022 and will run until December 31 2022.
Separately, Tarik Ben-Saud Consulting has been awarded a second contract to provide independent advice on investment risk reporting.
Tarik Ben-Saud Consulting was first appointed in March 2022 and PPF’s commercial services team confirmed to MandateWire that the company was appointed for an additional piece of follow-on work.
This contract will now run until July 15 2022.
