The PASA Digital Admin Working Group (DigWG), are looking to seek and understand how schemes are navigating the digital landscape of pension administration.
PASA, in partnership with Pensions Expert, is asking you to share details of your schemes data quality and use of technology in a new survey. (You can participate here). Your input will be invaluable in helping understand how pension schemes are adapting to digital admin.
This study is designed to show the extent to which digital technologies have been embraced in the world of pension administration. We want to know about your unique journey with digital administration. Your feedback will provide a clearer picture of the challenges you face in the digitalisation process and the potential benefits you anticipate.
The results of this survey will be analysed independently and used to create a new DigWG whitepaper.
